8000 BTU Portable Air Conditioner cools rooms up to 300 square feet. It has an 8,000 BTU ASHRAE rating and a 5,000 BTU DOE SACC rating. You can also use the fan and dehumidifier functions.
Cooling Controls
Choose a temperature from 61°F to 90°F. The unit has three cooling settings and two fan speeds.
You can view the settings on the digital display. In addition, the included remote provides another way to control the unit.
Dehumidifier and Filter
The dehumidifier removes up to 38 pints of moisture per day. Therefore, you can use this function when you need to reduce indoor humidity.
The unit also has a washable filter. Remove and clean the filter as directed in the supplied instructions.
Timer and Sleep Mode
Set the 24-hour timer to create an operating schedule. For example, you can select when the unit turns on or off.
Sleep mode provides another operating option. The listed sound level is 56 dBA.
